Privacy Policy
Seascape Digital (“we”) operates a New Zealand payment portal that fronts ANZ Transact / eGate for merchant checkouts. This policy explains what we collect when you visit our site or complete a payment.
What we collect
- Payment page fields you enter (for example name and email for receipts).
- Technical logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and debugging.
- Merchant reference, amount, currency, and transaction identifiers needed to confirm payment.
Card data
We do not store full card numbers, expiry dates, or CVV. Card capture is handled by ANZ’s hosted payment fields / gateway. ANZ’s privacy terms apply to that processing.
How we use information
- To process and confirm payments to the correct merchant.
- To send signed webhook notifications to the merchant that initiated checkout.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and unsigned payment attempts.
- To respond to support or compliance requests.
Sharing
We share payment outcomes with the merchant you are paying (via signed webhook) and with ANZ as the acquiring gateway. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Operational logs and transaction references are kept as needed for dispute handling, accounting, and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
